darkness

We all want life to be pleasant, joyful. But when times are not as planned, we become tensed, angry and even fearful.
Once I told my teacher that I have been afraid of darkness all my life, I fear for it, tried to avoid it. To my surprise, my teacher told me to embrace the fear and see what happens. Well, today, how glad I am  to say that, I no longer afraid of darkness.
This week has been the hardest week at work for me in a long while. Everyday, I went from place to place, meeting to meeting, yet somehow, I was never agitated, angry or reacting. It was like an auto pilot, whatever needs to happen, simply happened, but in a much more satisfactory way, even results were much more efficient than I have expected. What made this possible?
When we say yes to life, life force takes over- if you allow it. All you need to do, is be with the moment,  not before nor after.
